SabSort (“we”, “us”, “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the SabSort mobile application (“App”).
By using SabSort, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide while using the app, including:

Profile photo (optional)
1.2 Location Information (User-Provided Only)
SabSort does NOT access your device’s GPS or real-time location.
We collect location data only when you manually select a location on a map or via place search, such as:
Company location (latitude & longitude)
Property location (latitude & longitude)
This data is used solely to display listings, clusters, and commute-related features.
We do not:
Track location in the background
Auto-detect your location
Use GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower signals directly
1.3 Property Information
If you list a property, we may collect:
Property address and short description
Rent and room details
Property photos
Commute sharing preferences
1.4 Payment Information
If you purchase premium features, payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
SabSort does not store your card or payment credentials.

Enforce free vs premium usage limits

With Google Maps Platform APIs (Maps & Places) for map display and place search
With Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage services
With Razorpay for payment processing

We do not share data for advertising or tracking purposes.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
SabSort does not use cookies for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Some backend services (e.g., Firebase) may use essential technical identifiers strictly for:

App stability
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only as long as:
Your account remains active, or
Required to comply with legal obligations
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized securely.
7. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard security measures, including:
Secure Firebase infrastructure
Access control rules
Encrypted data transmission
However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
SabSort is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account
10. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS
SabSort does not respond to browser or OS Do-Not-Track signals, as no universal standard currently exists.

We may update this policy from time to time.
The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
